The Greatest Snowman Ever Made [new wintersday quest]
i was recently in la when i noticed people spamming "wtb coal [lump of charcoal]"
the coal portion of the "... snowman ..." quest doesnt require you to buy charcoal from the rare mats trader [the trader was sold out of charcoal when i last checked heres a hint the 3 items you need to collect for the quest are obtained from npcs in major outposts in tyria. hope that helps

also, it is not a "new" quest. It was there last year. The new quests are in Kamadan.
